Q1. What is AIKA?

The Number One War game! AIKA is an Award winning 3D MMORPG that focuses on PVP ranging from Castle Siege, Nation War, Battlefield and many more!

Q2. Since AIKA is Free-To-Play, is there a Full Version of the game?
Firstly, there is no Full Version of a massively multiplayer game role-playing game (MMORPG). Most MMORPGs undergo a closed-beta test, followed by a open-beta test and finally enters into Commercial Service. There are no full version of the game as there will be continuous updates of the game via patches to keep you guys out there excited.

Q3. Will AIKA stay Free-To-Play?
Definitely a big YES! If it continues as planned, AIKASEA will remain a free-to-play game. Although we generate revenue by means of offering items to you for your characters. You are by no means obliged to buy these items if you do not wish to. But many may opt to do so as it adds another element of fun to the game and your support is MOST valuable to us.

Q4. I am not from Singapore nor Malaysia, will I be able to play AIKASEA?
Currently, AIKASEA is published by Asiasoft to service South-East Asia. However, players from other regions will still be able to play AIKASEA . Should there be a change in the future, we will make the necessary announcements.

Q5. What is AIKASEA and all the different services from Korea, Global, etc…?
Currently, AIKA is being serviced in different countries through localized versions. AIKASEA provides an English version to the South-East Asia community.

Q6. Okay, so what is a Cash Shop and how do I purchase items from it?
Cash Shop is AIKA’s special feature where you can show your support for the game. Players can purchase items that boost the characters’ stats in their daily adventures.

Q7. And how do I top-up @Cash to purchase items from the Cash Shop?

To Top-Up, you will need to visit our game portal at Asiasoft Passport. After charging Cash into the Passport, you will need to convert the Cash into Game Cash to be able to use it in AIKASEA’s Cash Shop.

Q8. I just bought an account on eBay?

This is a strict warning to all users attempting to buy or sell on eBay through any other methods. Buying and Selling Accounts are illegal. AIKASEA is a free-to-play game and all game properties are owned by us. The user has no right to buy and sell their characters, items, mesos or accounts. The same policy applies to Asiasoft Passport.

An example on why you should not buy an account – a user might buy an account and use that account to play in the beta. Thereafter, the seller reports that his/her account was stolen and provides us with all the necessary personal information. That account would then be returned to the original owner and the buyer would thus lose his purchase. In many cases, sold accounts are indeed stolen accounts so we will return the account to the original owner.

An Asiasoft Passport account is registered with a National Identity Number which is non-changeable. If an account is reported lost by the owner, he/she can claim it back as long as proof of ownership is provided by producing proof of identity (eg. Identity Card or Passport). All users are requested to enter their correct particulars during signup.

Q9. Where can I find my 13-character Asiasoft Passport ID?
To find your Asiasoft Passport ID, login to Asiasoft Passport at https://passport.asiasoft.net. You will be able to see your Asiasoft Passport ID at the top of the Account Summary page.


Q10. I forgot my Security PIN and my character has been blocked!
  1. Send an email to (JavaScript must be enabled to view this email address) with the subject of “[AIKASEA] Reset Character Security PIN”.
  2. Please use the email address registered in your Asiasoft Passport.
  3. Include your Asiasoft Passport Login ID, AikaSEA Game Login ID, Character Name and Nation.
  4. Request sent from a different email will be rejected, and will also delay the PIN reset process.
