Conversion to AikaSEA Cash

After you have topped up @Cash to your Asiasoft Passport, it must first be converted to AikaSEA Cash to be used in the game.

Login to AsiaSoft Passport with your AsiaSoft Passport Login ID and Password.

Once you have logged-in into the website, you will be brought to this webpage. Click “Buy Game Cash” as indicated in the screenshot.
Click on “AikaSEA” from the list of games.
Once the webpage has loaded successfully, you are able to see your Login ID and Game Cash Balance. Click on “Charge” to begin the conversion.
Once the webpage has loaded, we will list out the details of each of the list.
A. Current @Cash Balance:
This is your @Cash balance in your Asiasoft Passport account.
B. Current Game Cash Balance:
This is the current Cash points available in your Game Account. Take note that your Asiasoft account @Cash differs from your Game Account Cash points.
C. Amount of @Cash to convert:
Enter your desired amount of @Cash to the empty box to be converted as Game Cash.
D. Once you have keyed-in your desired amount, proceed to click on the “Next” button to move on to the next page.
E. This button allows you to convert ALL @Cash Balance to AikaSEA Cash.
This new page is to confirm your conversion again once you’ve had made your decision. Please refer to the following prior to confirm your @Cash conversion:
1. Current @Cash Balance: Your current available @Cash balance prior to the conversion.
2. Amount of @Cash to be converted: The amount of @Cash points that you wish to convert.
3. Amount of @Cash to convert:
Enter your desired amount of @Cash to the empty box to be converted as Game Cash.
4. Once you are satisfied with the amount for conversion, kindly proceed to key in the code from the random code generator as displayed below.
5. If the image is not properly displayed, please click on the “Refresh Image” button.
6. (Green Arrows) to change the code generator to display a new code.
7. Click the “Confirm” button once everything has been finalized to proceed to the next page.
You are now at the final page.
1. Transaction ID: This Transaction ID is extremely important. Do keep a copy of this information (written or kept as a digital file format) for future reference. Should you find the @Cash conversion unsuccessful, please make a report via iBox and provide us the Transaction ID.
2. Game Cash Credited: The total amount of converted Game Cash that you have entered.
3. Current Game Cash Balance: The balance total of your Game Cash, included with the newly converted Game Cash points.
4. Total @Cash Deducted: The total amount of @Cash that has been deducted from your Asiasoft Passport @Cash balance.
5. Current @Cash Balance: The remaining total of your current Asiasoft Passport @Cash points.
Congratulations and you have successfully converted your @Cash to AikaSEA Cash points! An email with the transaction details will also be sent to your registered email account.

  1. What is AikaSEA Cash?
    AikaSEA Cash is AikaSEA’s game cash. It can be used in the AikaSEA Cash Shop and for purchasing Cash Items from the Cash Shop. However, AikaSEA Cash can only be used in AikaSEA.

  2. Will AikaSEA Cash expire?
    No, AikaSEA Cash will not expire, unlike @Cash which will expire 365 days from the top-up date.

  3. What is the minimum conversion amount?
    Minimum amount each conversion is 1,000 @Cash.

  4. What is the conversion rate?
    1,000 @Cash = 1,000 AikaSEA Cash

  5. Can AikaSEA Cash be shared between my AikaSEA game accounts under the same Asiasoft Passport?
    No, it can’t. It can only be shared by characters within the same AikaSEA game account.
