Accessing Cash Shop Click on the “Shop” button at the bottom of your game client screen and go to “Item Shop”. Alternatively, you can use the “J” HotKey from your keyboard. |

Browsing Items You may browse through the Cash Items using the Category tab found at the top of the Cash Shop. |

Purchase Item To buy an item in Cash Shop, simply use the “Purchase” button beside the selected item to transact. A pop-up window will prompt if you wish to purchase the item. To purchase, click “Confirm”. If you do not wish to purchase, click “Cancel”. |

Please read the Terms and Conditions before purchasing any item. Time-based Cash Item’s duration will start immediately once the item is placed into “Character Inventory”. | |

Cash Shop Wardrobe Purchased item(s) can be found in the Cash Shop Inventory. To transfer purchased item(s) to the Character Inventory, right-click on the item. |

Expiry Period Please note that some items are time based. The item will be gone after the duration is over. Mouse over the item to check the validity of the item before the purchase. |
To send Cash Item as a gift to a friend, you will need to have the item in your Cash Shop Inventory and use the “Give a Gift” button to transact.
(Meaning, if you are sending an item as a gift, please do not remove the item from your Cash Shop Inventory.)

1. Have the Gift Item in your Cash Shop Inventory. |

2. Right-click on the character that you wish to send your gift to. Click on “Give a Gift” option. |

3. The recipient will be able to find the gift in his/her Cash Shop Inventory. |
Important Notes:
1. Once a Premium Item has been removed from Premium Shop Inventory into Character Inventory, you CANNOT move it back
2. Any successful transaction of Premium Item is not transferable/refundable.
3. So please be careful to purchase things that you need for the correct class type.
