Reimbursement for unintended service interruption
Dear Elters,
Users who had faced the following service interruptions, which occurred from 12 Sep 2012, 1730hrs (GMT +8) to 13 Sep 2012, 1610hrs (GMT +8), will be subjected to the following reimbursment plans.
Plan 1
Taget: All affected users who were disconnected abruptly during the aforementioned timeslot.
Reimbursement: 2x bonus EXP event on 29 Sep 2012, from 1800hrs to 2100hrs (GMT +8).
Plan 2
Target: All affected users who possessed duration-based Cash items.
Reimbursement: 2x Honor event on 29 Sep 2012, 1800hrs to 2100hrs (GMT +8).
Plan 3
Target: Sky Noblesse users who were devoid of access to the CyberCafe Merchant.
Reimbursement: Protection of Black Cat [1 Day] will be credited to the T-storage on 20 Sep 2012, 2000hrs (GMT +8).
- Bonus 2x EXP and Honor events will be held in both PvP and PvE channels.
- Users and affiliated accounts found honor farming will be dealth with accordingly. Please refer to our User Abuse Policy here.
- The usage period for Protection of Black Cat starts running upon credited. If circumstances permit, please redeem the item from your T-storage at the stipulated time above.
