From 9th Feb to 8th Mar 2012 0900hrs 16th Feb 2012, 1000hrs (GMT +8), every time you slay a citizen of an opposing nation, you will be rewarded with “Spoils of War”.

Once you have collected tons of it, you may proceed to NPC Catharina Piero in Regenshein to exchange for awesome in-game items!
Slay them before they slay you!
**Due to a bug, the Skull Drop Event will initially be unavailable in Leopold. We are trying to fix the bug as soon as we can. Sorry for the inconvenience caused.
