AIKASEA Champions League
AIKASEA will be launching a series of tournaments entitled the AIKA Pro Gamers Tour to allow all Elters to fulfill their dreams of bringing glory and honor to their individual team and nation.
Season 1 of the AIKA Pro Gamers Tour will begin with the prestigious AIKA Champions League (ACL) ONLINE match on 22nd and 23rd October 2011 where bonus cash, fantastic game items and game gold are up for grabs!
It’s time for you and your friends to gear up to battle for glory and riches in this exciting tournament! The top two teams will get to be invited to participate in the season finale, the AIKA All Stars Championship Grand Finals.

Registration period is from 28th September to 19th October 2011.
Step 1: Find your team members. Maximum of 6 in a team. (5 Members and 1 Substitute).
Step 2: Decide on a Team Name. Eg. Team Dynamic.
Step 3: Appoint a Team Leader.
Step 4: Take a screenshot of the 6 members of the team.
Step 5: Submit your registration here.
Step 6: Include: team name, screenshot of team, Nation & IGN of each member and indicate who is the Leader.
*Slot availability is on a first come first serve basis.
Mechanics
GENERAL MECHANICS:
• Total of up to 16 teams will be accepted.
• 1 team should consist of 5 members plus 1 substitute.
• The team can be made up by players from different Nations.
• Each match will be conducted in Squad Battle mode.
• 6 Teams will be randomly split into 2 groups. Group A and Group B..
• The 1st round will see the teams in each group battle in a round robin style.
• Teams will face of against each other 1 time in their own respective group.
• Each match will be a best out of 3 match format.
• Top 2 teams in each group will then proceed to the knockout stages a.k.a Semi-Finals.
• Point System:
- Win = 3 points
- Draw = 1 point
- Lose = 0 point
• The Top rank team from Group A will face off against the Runner-up in Group B.
• The Top rank team from Group B will face off against the Runner-up in Group A.
• The 4 teams will battle it out in a Best out of 3 Matches format, single elimination.
• Whichever team that won 2 matches will move on to the Finals.
• Finals and 3rd, 4th Place Matches will be based on Best out of 3 Matches format as well.
• The defeated teams will battle it out for 3rd and 4th placings.
• Top 2 teams of ACL will be invited to participate in AllStars Championship Grand Finals.
• GMs will create the match room and inform the Teams to join the room.
• GMs will officiate the match using Observer Mode. (T&Cs, R&Rs apply)
• Battle member setting: 6v6 (Match will commence with 5v5)
• Time setting: 10mins
• Observer mode: On

FAQ & Rules
GENERAL:
• All images and information of participants taken during tournaments will be used by the organizers for publicity purposes.
• Participants may be required to take part in interviews and have their photos/videos taken by the media for publicity purposes.
• Game Master’s decision is final and binding.
• All tournament participants are to follow the rules and regulations as stated by the organizers.
• All participants are to be mindful of their behaviour at all times. No taunting, vulgarities or defamatory words are to be used in-game or in real-life. Team members displaying such unbecoming behavior will not be tolerated and may result in the disqualification of the entire team.
• Participants are to observe fair play at all times during the tournament. This means no exploiting of bugs or engaging in activities that may result in unfair advantages.
Failure to comply with the rules and regulations will result in penalties from the offending party. The penalty will be decided by the organizers, who may choose (but are not restricted to) the following actions:
• Warning: A maximum of three warnings will be given throughout the whole tournament. A team or individual who receives three warnings, accumulated throughout the tournament, will be considered disqualified from the tournament.
• Default Loss: The offending team is declared to have lost the match even if the battle has not been concluded.
• Disqualification: Player or team disqualification from the entire tournament.
• Teams, with all team members present, are to come online at least 30 minutes before the start of the tournament.
• GMs will gather the teams 10mins before the commencement of the matches.
• A grace period of 10 minutes time will be given for latecomers
• If the latecomers still do not show when their match is called, the present members can continue the battle or forfeit the match if the whole team is unavailable.
• Teams will be battling out in 5 v 5 via Squad Battle Mode.
• GMs will create the rooms with password and notify the Team Leader which room to join.
• GMs will be in Observer mode to officiate the match.
• If 2 teams finishes on the same points, their individual match result will come into play.
• If the match result was a draw, a sudden death match of 5mins will be held to determine the placing.
• If all teams end up with 3 points each in the group stage, the margin of the points in their winning match will determine who is 1st, 2nd or 3rd.
• Anyone not in the list of participants found trying to create a nuisance will be kicked out of the game server by the GMs immediately.
• Teams are only allowed to receive any form of buffs from fellow teammates.
• The Management is not responsible for any network or service issues caused by hardware or software failure.
• This event is organized by Asiasoft Online Pte Ltd. All decisions made by the organizer are final.
• Rules and regulations are subject to change by the organizer at any time without prior notice.
